It’s easy to become an electro magnet for bullshit.  It’s easy to get weighed down with all of our work responsibilities, paying bills, juggling our to-do lists.  A lot of shredded metal and engine parts can get stuck up there and weigh us down if we’re not careful.  Always remember to flip the switch off for a minute or two at the end of the day.  Set the wreckage free.
