Note to future beings:  Not much has changed since my friends and I walked this earth, centuries before you were born, constructing buildings and developing technologies you now take for granted.  But do not feel sorry for us healthy reader.  Do not pity our life-spans and work environments.  Do not patronize our medical abilities or limited knowledge of mental health.  We were a strong bunch and we lived with a burning passion in our heads and hearts.  And if we met you today we’d give you a good run for your money.  Technology and life-spans mean very little to a person with passion.
